CLASSICAL PIANO COURSE

For Children

Yamaha Piano Course is designed to help school-age children who play the piano for the first time, feel the joy of music and acquire the ability to express their thoughts and feelings through playing the piano. We offer a selection of 12 textbooks at the student's level and rich-sounding audio files. Especially at the beginner level, students can enjoy playing repertoire pieces with accompaniment. The repertoire pieces included in the textbook are not only solos but also duets with the teacher and pieces played with the teacher's accompaniment. Also students can enjoy playing ensembles with the teacher in the lessons.

For Teens & Adults

The materials include famous classical pieces and exercises for helping you master them. With a curriculum that allows you to comprehensively learn performance techniques, our goal is to enable you to expressively perform a wide variety of classical pieces. You’ll learn solfege for recognizing and singing the sound names, master the intervals of the keyboard for playing chords to support the melody, and effectively use richly recorded reference audio to aid your home learning. If you’re a Piano Fundamental Course graduate, you’ll consult with your instructor to determine the steps you’ll take in the Pianoforte series lessons.
