Following the corporate slogan of "Creating Kando Together", the employees of Yamaha Music (Asia) Private Limited (YMAsia) makes every effort to communicate the most up to date, accurate and high quality content.

3. Accuracy of Information

Employees of YMAsia are aware that once information appears on the Internet, it cannot be removed completely. Therefore every effort is made to post the most accurate information.

Employees of YMAsia endeavour to publish information in a manner that does not violate any rules or laws applicable to YMAsia and Singapore, or any information that contravenes YMAsia policy.

YMAsia is fully aware that the information published by its employees may have significant impact to the company's image.

4. Information Published on Social Networks

YMAsia does not guarantee the information published by its employee in the social network environment is completely accurate. Information published to social networks should not be treated as a substitute for the official YMAsia website at sg.yamaha.com.

Although YMAsia makes every effort to respond to questions posted on social networks in a reasonable timeframe, social network sites are monitored only during Head Office's official opening hours. Delays can be expected if posting questions or comments outside of these hours.
