Shi Han began playing the piano at the age of five. She sees the opportunities provided by I Play Yamaha as helpful in enabling her to become a better musician. She looks up to pianists such as the legendary Martha Argerich, Andras Schiff, Murray Perahia and Kate Liu, the Singapore born American based pianist who won the third prize at the 2015 International Chopin Competition in Warsaw. Shi Han also learns ballet and enjoys reading. She joined Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) School of Young Talent at the age of 12 and is currently a student of Miss Lena Ching, Head of Keyboard Studies, Senior Lecturer, NAFA School of Young Talent.
