The venue rental facilities are strictly for concert, masterclass, performances and/or musical practice session purposes. Use of the rental facilities for teaching private students is not permitted.

Hirers are responsible for the proper use and care of the provided Grand Piano and all other equipment. The Grand Piano must not be moved or adjusted without prior permission from management.

Any damage to the venue, equipment, or furnishings during the rental period must be reported immediately. Hirer will be held liable for repair or replacement costs resulting from the damage.

Hirers are solely responsible for their own personal and invited guests’ belongings. Management is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or left behind in the rental premises.

Hirers must ensure the rental venue is vacated promptly at the end of the booking time. Preparations to leave the rental venue, such as packing up and tidying, should be completed before the booking ends.

Management reserves the right to change the Grand Piano model in the rental venue to an alternative model of similar type in the event the original Grand Piano is unavailable.

Manpower and Technical support are not included with the rental.

Piano tuning is not included, though the Grand Piano provided is regularly maintained for standard use.

Food, drinks, and smoking are strictly prohibited within the venue rental premises.

Venue rental booking will be confirmed only upon full payment.

Bookings of the venue rental are non-transferable.

Additional charges apply for the use of the microphone and projector system.
(applicable only at Clementi Auditorium and Thomson Music Salon). -
Management reserves the right to deny entry or terminate the venue rental agreement if any terms and conditions are violated.

Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance, emergencies, or violations of the usage policies.
