We regret to inform you of a potential safety concern regarding the AC adaptor PA-10(*), specifically for the MG10/12 series analog mixer products. This notice also applies to PA-10 adapters purchased separately as spare parts.
Issue Description :
In some instances, a crack has been identified in the AC adapter PA-10, which could lead to smoke and pose an electric shock risk when in contact with the internal components of the adapter.
Action Required :
To ensure your safety, we urgently request all customers using the affected adapter (with the date code listed below) to stop its use immediately. Please disconnect the plug from both the AC outlet and the products.

Note : While the adapters may not appear defective now, there is a possibility of future problems. We recommend taking precautionary measures by participating in the complimentary exchange service.
Confirmation Regarding MG10/12 Series Mixer :
We want to assure you that the MG10/12 series analog mixer unit itself has been confirmed to have no problems. The concern is only related to the PA-10 adaptor used in conjunction with the mixer.

STEP 2 : How to confirm the Date Code
Please check the following points.
- Manufacturer name on the case label in the AC adapter indicates “YAMAHA”.
- “MODEL” (model name) on the case label in the AC adapter indicates “PA-10”.
- Date code on the back side of the adapter, opposite side of the label, indicates from “2126” to “2319” with 4 digits.
