Operation Specialist @ Plaza Singapura

The Operation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. A positive attitude is essential, as this position involves frequent interactions with customers. Strong customer service skills are necessary to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a pleasant experience.

Additionally, the Operation Specialist must show initiative, taking proactive steps to support the team and improve operational efficiency. Cashiering duties, including handling payments accurately and efficiently, are a core part of the role, as well as supporting sales activities, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining a customer-first approach.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: -

Primary Role:

  • Assist the Branch/Store Leader with the day-to-day operations of the Plaza Singapura branch
  • Oversee daily sales payment collections, always ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Supervise and monitor Part-Time cashiers in managing payments and other cash-related transactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries through in-store interactions, email, phone calls, or messaging platforms, providing prompt and helpful assistance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-first approach
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels within the store and ensure accurate product tagging, pricing, and descriptions
  • Uphold the highest standards in visual merchandising by maintaining and presenting display products to a high standard

Secondary Role:

  • Support cross-functional cashiering or sales duties at Plaza Singapura, Music Square store when needed
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Leader

Requirements: -

  • Minimum GCE O-Level & above
  • 2 to 3 years of retail working experience
  • Possess knowledge of Guitars, Drums or Keyboard products
