Key Account Manager, Export

Principle Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible to develop and execute sales programs for the export sales of musical instrument and audio product to 20 countries, such as Israel, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal and Oceanian Islands
  2. Establish good rapport with Distributors (Importers) and key internal stakeholders through active communication
  3. Manage the full cycle of the export business; from order taking, production request, cargo allocation, payment collection and shipment (as per Incoterms) with utmost punctuality and precision in figures
  4. Develop sales strategy and tactics for market development and sales expansion in responsible markets (countries), to increase the engagement of Distributors (Importers) and their end-users
  5. 360 degrees business management, including but not limited to the product export, spare parts management (supply), handling of customer inquiry, digital marketing, product presentation, support to visual merchandizing, contract negotiation etc


  1. Professional Experience and knowledge of trading business (exportation and logistic), including Incoterms and trade payment terms (such as skill of L/C cable negotiations)
  2. Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP
  3. Possess strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
  5. Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  6. Willingness to travel
  7. Knowledge or keen interest in musical instruments and/or audio products is an advantage
