Executive / Senior Executive, Customer Engagement

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Administration of music schools operation, both direct and sateliite centers.
  2. School fee payment control including accounts receivable monitoring and all GIRO process.
  3. Update and maintain school management system (ERP) records, including fees, course codes etc.
  4. General office administrative support at Head Office.
  5. On site customer engagement service support at branches.
  6. On site branch level activities support, including open house, trial lessons etc.
  7. Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:-

  1. Minimum diploma in media marketing or related field
  2. Related work experience in retail is an advantage
  3. Good command of spoken and written English is required
