Key Responsibilities:
- Payments and Cash Related Transactions
- Handle all related transactions
- Verify and post to appropriate accounts
- Prepare cash receipts for bank deposit
- Prepare daily cash reports and balance the cash drawer
- Reconcile cash, cheque and credit card receipts daily
- Investigate and resolve any out-of-balance problems
- Answer telephone enquiries on availability of music books and any other customer enquiries
- Attend to customer with their purchase of books
- Handle the stock requisition and transfer of books
- Maintain neat and orderly display of books
- Attend to membership applications
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retail Executive/Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/GCE O Levels and above
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
