Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payments and Cash Related Transactions
    1. Handle all related transactions
    2. Verify and post to appropriate accounts
    3. Prepare cash receipts for bank deposit
    4. Prepare daily cash reports and balance the cash drawer
    5. Reconcile cash, cheque and credit card receipts daily
    6. Investigate and resolve any out-of-balance problems
  2. Answer telephone enquiries on availability of music books and any other customer enquiries
  3. Attend to customer with their purchase of books
  4. Handle the stock requisition and transfer of books
  5. Maintain neat and orderly display of books
  6. Attend to membership applications
  7. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retail Executive/Branch Manager


  • Minimum ITE/GCE O Levels and above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
