Sales Engineer cum Technical Support, PA Sales & Marketing

As part of our continual growth and sustaining vision to be the leader in the Digital Sound Reinforcement industry, we are looking for candidate to drive the B2B business in the commercial audio business. Candidate shall have necessary business acumen and your role shall be actively involved in the B2B sector, where large scale project activities are presented in the commercial audio market in Singapore and other 20 counties such as Israel, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal and Oceanian Islands. You shall actively identify and prospect new leads fundamental to the expansion of sales of commercial audio in the Non-Entertainment and Entertainment market segments. We are seeking Sales Engineer cum Technical Support to join our company. The employee will be responsible: -

  1. Sales Development (in Singapore Market):
    1. Sales Development new business partnerships/ opportunities and plans specific sales approaches in the pre-sale’s environment
    2. A product specialist in Sound Reinforcement Products in the pre & post sales environment
    3. To drive Indirect Sales through Channels (supporting distributors/customers’ Sales Teams, Resellers and System Solution Partners)
    4. Expand and develop all sales channels in various market segments
    5. Drive revenue growth and profit
    6. Keeping existing and potential customers, distributors & importers updated on new products, services, and technologies
    7. Establish and build effective relationships with architects, M&E, designers, audio consultants, direct users, and system integrators
    8. To follow up on tenders and bidding in project business partners
    9. Conduct market research, gather feedback and evaluate market performance
    10. Identify customer needs, work closely with customer’s, and perform technical presentations to customers in the application of products and take part in trade show
    11. To plan and maintain regular sales forecast and prepare/submit customer quotations and negotiate sales contract
  2. Technical Support (both Singapore and Overseas Market):
    1. Contribute technically towards sales realization and sustainable growth
    2. To develop and provide product training to distributors/importers
    3. To support and bring together all various resources whether internal or external to work with the distributors/importers team to bring company & distributors/importers’ project to a complete closure with their customers’ satisfaction
    4. To work and support the System Solution/Technology partners to generate more referrals/sales to dealers and organization
    5. To drive Indirect Sales through Channels (supporting Sales Teams, Resellers and System Solution Partners)
    6. To provide, implementing and continuously improve sales kit (e.g., sales presentation slides, FAQ, pre-sales processes, etc)
    7. To provide strategic product sales support to sales teams (internal) and distributors/importers (external), enabling sales and meet total dept sales targets
  3. To sell effectively in the Sound Reinforcement, Digital Audio Networking and/or Professional Audio Department products in Pre-Sales Processes
  4. To support sales team & dealers/system integrators network in system design, set-up, and system commissioning to a proper closure in the overall sales process
  5. Pre Sales, Post Sales and Events Activities Reporting
  6. To take Project Management together with project business partners for a better project closure. Project Management includes plan, schedule, execute, document and cost manage all aspects of project with internal and external parties
  7. To work after office hours, weekends, and Public Holidays if services demand
  8. Willing to travel outside Singapore for above duties


  • Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business/Engineering or equivalent
  • Between 2-3 years of experiences in IT, audio-visual, sound reinforcement or industrial product field and strong knowledge in project development
  • Experience in sales and marketing of wide range of IT, and/or Audio-Visual products
  • Proactive and independent, excellent customer services
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Possess own vehicle
